An intensive 3-day programme for KMG students and instructors
to develop their self defence and fighting skills on the ground.

From Standing to Ground

Everything starts standing. You'll learn how to control a standing opponent, and use throws and takedowns to take the person to the ground to continue control them when you have no other choice.

Your Course Instructor

The course was developed and is taught by KMG Master Level Instructor Rune Lind from Norway. An exceptional coach teaching Krav Maga for over 30 years.

KMG 2.0 Curriculum

All skills taught on the KMG GFC are from the different levels of the new KMG 2.0 curriculum, they are skills that you'll need to know for your grading as you progress up the levels.
